Responsibilities:
- Assisting staff members where needed.
- provide switchboard relief.
- Accept deliveries and dispatch to the correct departments
- General administrative duties.
- Responding to all customer queries
- Answering of switchboard and telephone to take down messages to assist clients and inform the relevant team members.
- Keep the Front desk area neat and tidy. – Copy, file and maintain company records.
- Making appointments.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in either one of the following; Business Administration, Business Management, office administration or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Technically minded.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
