Switchboard and Receptionist Intern


  • Assisting staff members where needed.
  • provide switchboard relief.
  • Accept deliveries and dispatch to the correct departments
  • General administrative duties.
  • Responding to all customer queries
  • Answering of switchboard and telephone to take down messages to assist clients and inform the relevant team members.
  • Keep the Front desk area neat and tidy. – Copy, file and maintain company records.
  • Making appointments.


  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in either one of the following; Business Administration, Business Management, office administration or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Technically minded.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
